Gifts from Yukon

Gifts from Yukon documents the shared experiences between the author and his beloved four-legged friend. For some, it is a story of adventure replete with blizzards and other dangers. For others, it documents the inner wisdom of an incredibly wise creature who freely gave that wisdom to those whom he loved. For still others, Gifts details the journey the author undertakes as he learns about friendship, loyalty, devotion, dedication, playfulness, and most importantly, love. Lastly, some may see the story as a metaphor for a view of the natural world as a shared community along with us rather than as a collection of resources to be exploited or ignored.
